How it works cavitation
Low-frequency ultrasound breaks down fat-cell membranes — the contents leave naturally through the lymph.
Lymphatic drainage
In the "Three in one" programme cavitation is followed by vacuum massage, which moves the lymph. Cavitation itself does not include it: it is ultrasound only.
