At the examination the specialist looks at your skin type and your goal — glow, tone, density, post-acne — and chooses the protocol and the depth of treatment. The examination is part of the visit, so no separate “introductory” consultation is needed.

About the treatment
About the treatment
Mediderma FERULAC GLOW is a radiance treatment based on ferulic acid and vitamin C, for dull, tired, dry skin and before an important occasion.
FERULAC GLOW is a professional programme by the Spanish brand Mediderma. It combines ferulic acid and vitamin C, including a stable form of it, with other antioxidants — resveratrol and phloretin. According to the manufacturer, these antioxidants neutralise free radicals and protect the skin against photoageing, while vitamin C brightens the skin and evens out its tone. After the treatment the skin looks fresh, smooth, hydrated and rested.
For dull, tired, dry skin that has lost its glow, uneven tone and the first signs of ageing. The manufacturer describes the programme as suitable for every skin type, sensitive skin included, and the centre recommends it before an important occasion as a quick way to bring back freshness.
The visit starts with an assessment. The skin is cleansed and prepared, then a light peel with ferulic acid and phloretin is applied, followed by a revitalising blend with a high concentration of vitamin C. It is finished with a vitamin C cream and sun protection. The treatment is comfortable; light tingling during the peel step is a normal reaction.
There is no recovery time: the skin does not usually flake, and you can go straight back to your day. To keep the glow, use sun protection every day. The specialist will tell you after the assessment how often to repeat the treatment.
Concern → protocol
Your goal — and what to choose
Choose a concern — on the right we show at once how the treatment helps and which protocol we usually take.
You care for it, but the face still looks tired
The skin looks matte and tired, as if under a film. The tone is dull and grey even when your home routine is right.
This is a guide — the specialist will draw up the exact plan at the consultation or from a skin scan.

Still have questions?
Book a visit — the specialist will look at the area and put together a plan.
It depends on the protocol. Gentle facials and moisturising treatments leave no noticeable peeling — you can go out the same day. More active ones renew the skin more visibly; when that is expected, the specialist will say so in advance so you can plan your week.
Warmth or a light tingling; the discomfort is brief. The specialist watches the skin's reaction and, if needed, uses a neutraliser and soothing care.
Stop home retinoids and acids 5–7 days beforehand — if you use strong actives, tell us in advance and the protocol will be adjusted. Before a peel — no fresh tan.
For 24–48 hours — no sauna and no overheating; do not rub the skin with your hands or exfoliate it. SPF every day, even in cloudy weather; no sunbed and no active tanning for 7–14 days. Home acids — only once the specialist allows them.
Glow is often noticeable within 2–5 days. Tone and texture change over a course — usually at 2–4 week intervals; the plan is drawn up at the examination for your goal.
About herpes, inflammation, pregnancy, increased sensitivity and medication — this matters before the start, so that a safe protocol can be chosen or the visit rescheduled.
