At the examination the specialist looks at your skin type and your goal — glow, tone, density, post-acne — and chooses the protocol and the depth of treatment. The examination is part of the visit, so no separate “introductory” consultation is needed.

About the treatment
About the treatment
Hydrogen cleansing is a device-based facial cleanse: a handpiece delivers hydrogen-enriched water onto the skin while lifting away impurities and dead skin cells.
Here the device does most of the work rather than the hands of the specialist. The handpiece passes a stream of water enriched with molecular hydrogen over the skin and draws it back up together with softened sebum, traces of make-up and dead cells from the outer layer. Hydrogen is valued in skin care as an antioxidant, and the treatment itself is a gentle cleanse with no acids, needles or squeezing.
For skin that needs cleansing and a fresher look: clogged pores, a dull, tired complexion, an oily shine. The method is considered gentle and suits a range of skin types, sensitive skin included, so it is booked both as a treatment in its own right and before an event. The specialist will tell you at the assessment whether there is any reason for you to avoid it.
The visit starts with an assessment and make-up removal. The specialist then moves the handpiece over each area of the face — you feel the water and a light suction, and the treatment is not usually unpleasant. It is finished with skin care chosen for your skin type.
There is no recovery time: any slight pinkness fades within an hour or two, and you can go straight back to your day. On the day of the treatment it is best to skip scrubs and acids and to use sun protection. The specialist will tell you how often to repeat the cleanse based on the condition of your skin.
Concern → protocol
Your goal — and what to choose
Choose a concern — on the right we show at once how the treatment helps and which protocol we usually take.
You care for it, but the face still looks tired
The skin looks matte and tired, as if under a film. The tone is dull and grey even when your home routine is right.
This is a guide — the specialist will draw up the exact plan at the consultation or from a skin scan.

Caring for you
What to know before your visit
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- If you have cancer in an active phase
- If there is acute inflammation, damage or irritation in the treatment area — wait until your skin has settled
- During a flare-up of a chronic skin condition — it is better to wait for a calmer period
- If you have a fever, a cold or a flare-up of any condition — it is better to come once you feel better
The specialist checks the full list at the assessment — if in doubt, mention it when booking.

Still have questions?
Book a visit — the specialist will look at the area and put together a plan.
It depends on the protocol. Gentle facials and moisturising treatments leave no noticeable peeling — you can go out the same day. More active ones renew the skin more visibly; when that is expected, the specialist will say so in advance so you can plan your week.
Warmth or a light tingling; the discomfort is brief. The specialist watches the skin's reaction and, if needed, uses a neutraliser and soothing care.
Stop home retinoids and acids 5–7 days beforehand — if you use strong actives, tell us in advance and the protocol will be adjusted. Before a peel — no fresh tan.
For 24–48 hours — no sauna and no overheating; do not rub the skin with your hands or exfoliate it. SPF every day, even in cloudy weather; no sunbed and no active tanning for 7–14 days. Home acids — only once the specialist allows them.
Glow is often noticeable within 2–5 days. Tone and texture change over a course — usually at 2–4 week intervals; the plan is drawn up at the examination for your goal.
About herpes, inflammation, pregnancy, increased sensitivity and medication — this matters before the start, so that a safe protocol can be chosen or the visit rescheduled.
